The Service

We are very aware that there are almost as many Letting Agents as there are properties to let these days, and as a Customer, whether you are a Landlord or a Tenant it would be very difficult for you to decide who to use. As a Tenant that process is made simpler because on any given day you would only have to decide between Agents who have available properties in the area you are looking to live and at the price you are looking to pay, but as a Landlord the choice would seem to be almost endless and very difficult, especially if you are remote from the property.

We would offer one piece of advice to both Landlords and Tenants: not all Agents are the same.

As a responsible Landlord you will want to know that your Agent has the ability to find you good quality, reliable and responsible Tenants who will pay the rent, look after the property, and be good neighbours to those living around them. You will also want to know that your Agent is there to support the Tenant should things go wrong, for example if the washing machine needs to be repaired, or if a radiator starts to leak, and even more so in the event of an emergency such as if a boiler fails in the middle of winter or a pipe bursts and there is water coming through the ceiling from the apartment above.

As a Tenant you will want to know that all of the support you need is available to you 24 hours a day every day of the year. You will want to know that if you have a problem regarding the property or the tenancy that you have somebody who will listen to your concerns and take the appropriate action to resolve your problems as soon as they occur, whether it be that you have a noisy neighbour, or that you need meter readings because you have been sent a high estimated utility bill, or that your oven isn’t working properly.

We regard and treat both the Landlord and the Tenant as Customers and we aim to deliver Total Customer Satisfaction to both parties each and every time we come into contact.

One good measure of that success is when we are able to refund a Tenants deposit to them in full at the end of a tenancy, and the property is left in a good condition ready for the next Tenant to move straight in without any work being needed. We consider that we have achieved our ambition when at the end of a tenancy both the Landlord and the Tenant tell us that they would want to use us again.
